Governance Committees

Executive Committee (EC)

The EC assists the PD(s)/PI(s) in establishing policies, developing initiatives, overseeing components of the INBRE, making funding recommendations, and coordinating network-wide activities. 

External Advisory Committee (EAC)

The EAC reviews the performance of each component of the INBRE on a semi-annual basis and provides advice to the PD(s)/PI(s).

Steering Committee (SC)

The SC is responsible for ensuring the INBRE’s adherence to its mission in building research capacity in network institutions state-wide, and for network institutions’ commitment and support for their faculty and students' participation in INBRE activities.
