Aim 1: Support the generation and analysis of genomics datasets from Illumina, Pacific Biosciences (PacBio), and Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) sequencing platforms.
Aim 2: Provide hands-on training in imaging, genomics, and bioinformatic technologies.
Aim 3: Provide expertise on experimental design and usage of appropriate statistical methodologies.
Aim 4: Aid in the integration of publicly available data from resources such as dbGAP, GTEx, Genome Data Commons, The Cancer Genome Atlas, and ENCODE.
Aim 5: Provide workshops for undergraduates, graduates, staff, and faculty.
Aim 6: Support Data Science initiatives at the primary undergraduate institutions (PUIs).
Aim 7: Provide PUI access to scientific cores at the research institutions.
