ML behavioral analysis of video data

Recent advances in machine learning have made new kinds of behavioral analysis possible. The goal of this workshop is to show what is now possible and to demonstrate the basics of using two of these new tools. This workshop assumes basic familiarity with conda and python (see workshop 1). During this workshop we will walk through a mock experiment:
Use and discuss SLEAP to track key points in an animal behavior video.
Take provided SLEAP tracking data and find grouped behaviors using keypoint-moseq.
