Introduction to Python and Jupyter notebooks for scientific data analysis

This workshop is focused on making scientists feel more comfortable setting up and using python. It is intended to be a jumping off point for attendees to start learning and using python on their own after the workshop; no prior python experience is needed. During this workshop, we will:
Set up and use a conda environment using miniforge.
Go through the basics of an IDE (VS Code) including GitHub integration and the basics of source control.
Run a simple script to load an image, perform some analysis, and then generate and export that analyzed data and some figures.
