FREE Workshop is sponsored by the Kentucky IDeA Networks of Biomedical Research Excellence (KY INBRE) Imaging Training and Education Center (ITEC) and the University of Louisville Micro/Nano Technology Center and will be presented by David Alston, Computing Research Engineer, UofL. Section 1 – Intro to FIJI
Image basics, preprocessing, registration, denoising, segmentation, measurement/analysis, visualization, and automation.
12 to 1 pm
Lunch (will be provided to in-person attendees)
1 to 3 pm
Section 2 – Image analysis workflows using FIJI
Gold dot particle counting, 3D arbor analysis, 3D stack registration, and denoising.
